Our Reviews
Good good service and location. Been dealing with them for years.
Billy Davidson & Titan Irvine were great to work with, I would highly recommend this dealership for sales & service.
Jaden M'kale Mathews is the best and knows what people want! Great quality cars at affordable prices! He definitely works hard to get his customers what they want! Good job Jaden, keep up the good work!
Juan Rojo worked very hard to find the perfect truck for me when my previous truck was destroyed due to a fire. He is honest, not pushy and personable! He even got it delivered to me!! Thank you Juan for providing an awesome Customer experience ♥️
First Class all the way. If you need your car repaired or serviced this is the dealership to bring it to. Justin is the service adviser who went above and beyond to help me.This dealership or any other dealership would be fortunate to have him on their team. I was passing through on my way from South Dakota to Florida with my family. Have a Silverado 3500 Duramax diesel pulling a 5th wheel RV. Truck went into limp mode southbound highway 29. I called and talked to Justin. He told me to try to get it in or he could send a tow truck for me. Being it was already mid afternoon, on a Friday I thought for sure the truck would sit there till Monday before anybody would even look at it. I was amazed when they got the truck in the shop as soon as I had it disconnected from my RV. He then set me up with a loaner to get my wife home for an emergency. It didn't take long to find the problem but they said they would need the mechanic to fix it the following morning which was Saturday. Justin, actually came in at 6am along with the mechanic and they had my truck ready to go by 0830. Justin is a family man and when he saw I had kids and animals all traveling, he went above and beyond anything I've never seen from another dealer. And he is always calm, smiling and very knowledgeable and professional. Because of his help and professionalism, I am looking at one of the trucks on their lot to trade mine in for. I will order a new truck and drive back from Florida because I feel that strong about this dealership. Victory Chevy has the most polite and professional team across the board that I have ever seen. Excellent people fast communication that was open and honest. Highly recommend them if they have a vehicle you want they will do whatever it takes it appears to make you happy.
These are very good people, I'll tell you why! I wrecked our Traverse Friday morning. It was totalled and we were stranded at home but we had to have a car. I had known the used car manager Derek Schnepp from when we bought the Traverse a little over a year ago. He got us to Alex Davidson one of the sales professionals. I told him about our issue and that we were stuck. He told us not to worry a car was on the way to get us. We made it to the lot this was Saturday and it was busy due to the sale they were having. We met Alex and even though he was still with a customer he took a moment to greet us and soon as he was done, did a great job helping us choose a 2017 Ford Fusion. We had one slight problem we were not able to close on the car that day due to our insurance working to get our Traverse paid off the bank was closed we asked if we could take the car home knowing that we put a deposit down and our bank pre-approving the loan. And we were praying for a miracle. Our luck looked like it ran out when Alex told us the car had to stay there due to policy. However, they did the unthinkable! Alex pointed out the window and said but we can give you a loaner car ( a new Equinox very nice ). We were nearly in tears we never thought a dealership would care enough to go the extra mile to help us. That simple act of kindness helped us get to work on Monday get to the bank on Tuesday to sign papers on the car and we got the car that afternoon. It was the cleanest used car we had bought in a long time. And something that doesn't happen any more They made sure the tank was full before we drove off the lot. That did not happen when we bought our Traverse from a very popular Chevy dealership in St. Joesph the year before. We had to demand that they put enough gas in it to get to the gas station we got a quarter of a tank the detail job was not very detailed it was still in fact dirty. Integrity in the car business is everything it's what makes us want to return to that dealer when buying or servicing a vehicle. We paid 17,650 dollars for the car we bought. That's not much compared to a 60 thousand dollar truck. Often you are the second rate customer at some dealers when buying a used car under 20 thousand bucks. But we were treated with the utmost care and respect at Victory Chevy. We are truly grateful for their care and service in making sure we were taken care of and we were able to get to work pick up the kids get groceries. That seems trivial but when you don't have a way to get there it's a big deal. You get what you pay for and we feel that we got more than a car we got a friend in Victory Chevrolet and we are so thankful for their help and we will continue to do business with them again. We were so impressed with their staff and how they treated people. I applied for a tech job there. Ken the service manager is a great person who cares about his customers and it reflects in the rest of his team I have not met one person working there that wasn't kind, respectful or helpful and willing to go out of their way to help! Thank You all for coming to our rescue in our time of need. We are very grateful to you all! You all are the best! Best Regards Tucker and Sharon Herndon proud customers,

Purchased new truck and noted a few items that needed repaired. New sales manager Billy Davidson and Alex, salesperson, resolved concerns. Truly appreciate their attention to details and making things right. Would recommend this dealership to others. Received fair deal and strong customer service.
We bought a used vehicle and are very pleased. Justin Yates was friendly, informative and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended! Thank you Justin and staff!
While my initial review was negative which in some cases things happen. I cannot stress enough how a negative turned into a positive and that is what counts. The ownership stepped in immediately to rectify a situation that was minor in nature but initially perhaps not handled as one might expect. Things happen but the way it was handled when brought to light was exceptional and rectified immediately and that is how business is done. All is good and I am impressed with the character of the dealership and its owners. You will enjoy working with them.
Nothing more than a great experience, I would recommend this place and the staff to everyone.
Warm welcome first entered dealership! Immediatel service and caring by the two employees, Bruce Mouncey and Justin Moore. Justin went far beyond expectations to resolve service issue with tires. Would strongly recommend dealership. Wish to extend my appreciation and thanks for outstanding customer service!
Great dealership and service. They got us right in and out for our service visit. All of their staff is really friendly and helpful.
these guys were really awesome i was in and out with in i would say 30 minutes and back to my busy day not like some dealers do keep you thers waiting
Best service department around!!! Friendly staff and very professional
Their used vehicles sell FAST. We've bought two from them for way less than the KC dealers had the same vehicles priced for. My advice is to act fast if you see one you like though, they sell them FAST at the prices they offer... - Veto B
I started looking for a vehicle a couple of weeks ago and found a nice used truck I liked. So I drove to the dealership and worked with Jeff Weidmaier. After driving that truck I realized it just wasn't for me. Rather than trying to force me into a truck I didn't like based on a hidden agenda, Jeff took the time to show me three more trucks that he thought would fit what I was looking for a little better. He was, by far, the most knowledgeable and patient salesman I've had the pleasure of working with (and that's across any sales field!) The negotiations we're faster and easier than I expected. The prices simply are the lowest in five hundred miles and unlike other dealers that advertise super low prices and then expect to buy your's for pennies on the dollar, Victory doesn't. They actually gave me a more than fair offer for my trade. I came into this whole experience looking for a reason to be upset or not to trade trucks. Thanks to Jeff and the rest of the Victory crew I was/am happily disappointed. There's only one place I trust now and that's Victory. Thanks Jeff!
