Why Have Tahoe and Suburban Led the Segment for Nearly Half a Century?

Establishing themselves as cultural icons, these full-size SUVs are engineered and designed for their customers with highlights like:

  • Enhanced technology and safety, including connected cameras fully integrated into a network that enables their drivers to remotely view the outside and inside of their vehicle to record incidents like theft and crashes.
  • Handling and ride enhancements developed for greater driving enhancements and refinements.
  • New features like the available second-generation 3.0L turbo-diesel Duramax engine, now with greater horsepower, ten percent greater than the current models.
  • Design enhancements for the interior features that are built around an all-new best-in-segment 17.7-inch diagonal central touchscreen, as well as a newly enhanced High Country trim interior.
  • Improved exterior design enhancements with bolder signature lighting and all-new animated lighting features in addition to newly available 24-inch wheels.

The Suburban and Tahoe Get a Fresh New Look

The Suburban and Tahoe feature a new look for 2025 with a fresh front-end design distinguished with bolder new lighting. All six trims – High Country, Premier, Z71, RST, LT, and LS will receive new front fascia with some trims receiving unique design cues.

The Z71 nameplate –one of the fastest-selling trims– incorporates a high approach front fascia and skid plates. High Country emphasizes a sport-luxury theme with a balance of sophistication in Galvano chrome and black trim.

The Chevy Tahoe and Suburban have more expressive faces as they borrow inspiration from the fresh new Chevy truck lineup. They remain just as versatile, yet with more emphasis on the details that have thrust these two large SUVs to the top of their segment. Other lighting refinements for the front and rear ends of these SUVs propel them to higher levels of sophistication. Meanwhile, added innovative technology delivers a classier package.

Chevrolet’s Exquisite Interior Technology

Adding a more spacious and airier interior feel and a revamped design to the Tahoe and Suburban shifts focus to technology. Lowering the instrument panel with sweeping lines to increase the perceived spaciousness for driver and front-row passengers is one of the more noticeable design changes.

Screens are more centralized and prominent to provide an exceptional centerpiece for the cabin. The all-new standard 17.7-inch freeform infotainment screen is coupled with the 11-inch driver information center. The screen is slightly angled toward the driver for better command and control perception but still allows easy access for the front seat co-pilot to operate the screen interface.
